What is BlackJack Mate?
BlackJack Mate is a blackjack trainer. Play hands in Quick Play, let the coach explain every decision in Learn Mode, sharpen your basic strategy with quick-fire Strategy Drills, and complete Challenges as you play. Everything uses practice chips.
Is this real-money gambling?
No. BlackJack Mate uses practice chips only. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
Do I need an account to play?
No. There is no account or sign-up. You can start playing right away.
I bought a table theme but it isn’t showing up. What do I do?
Make sure you are connected to the internet and signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase. On the Packs screen, tap Restore, which re-checks your purchase history with Apple. If the theme still does not appear, email us at support@iconsudoku.com and we will help.
How do leaderboards and achievements work?
BlackJack Mate uses Apple Game Center. Sign in to Game Center to post your best scores and earn achievements. If you prefer not to use Game Center, you can still play the entire game.
I ran out of practice chips.
When your stack runs too low to bet, the next deal tops it back up to 1,000 so you can keep practising. Completing Challenges also pays out practice chips.
Is BlackJack Mate free?
Yes. BlackJack Mate is free to download and play. Extra table themes are available as optional in-app purchases. Themes are cosmetic and never change the odds or rules.
How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
