BlackJack Mate (“the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is published by Caffeinated Club Games. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect when you play BlackJack Mate on iOS.
We have built BlackJack Mate to respect your privacy. The app does not require you to create an account with us, and we do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking systems.
Information We Do Not Collect
BlackJack Mate does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to Caffeinated Club Games. Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any device identifiers for our own use. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising software development kits (SDKs).
Information Handled by Apple
BlackJack Mate uses standard Apple services to provide some features. When you choose to use them, the associated data is handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy, not by us:
- Game Center. If you sign in to Game Center, Apple manages your leaderboard scores, achievements, and player identity. We receive only what is needed to show rankings and achievements in the game. Your Game Center activity is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
- In-App Purchases (StoreKit). Purchases of table themes are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID password. Apple tells the app only that a purchase was completed so it can unlock the theme.

Data Stored on Your Device
Your practice chips, statistics, badges, challenge progress, profile name and picture, unlocked themes, and settings are stored only on your device. This information stays under your control and is removed when you delete the app.
Practice Chips
BlackJack Mate uses practice chips only. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. The app offers no real-money gambling.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because the app does not collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
